Programme Terms & Disclaimers

1. The Humax Installer Growth Programme and Humax Pro Rewards tiers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. Humax Electronics Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the programme, rewards, eligibility criteria, or tier structure at its sole discretion.

3. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative reward unless otherwise stated by Humax.

4. Humax MX7 charger rewards are credited to the installer's nominated distributor account and are subject to distributor availability and stock.

5. Installations must be genuine, verified, and comply with all applicable UK regulations including BS 7671 wiring regulations and relevant OZEV/local authority requirements.

6. Humax reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim rewards where fraudulent activity, duplicate submissions, or breach of programme terms is suspected or confirmed.

7. The £75 first installation voucher is a one-time reward per registered installer account and cannot be claimed more than once.

8. Reward Credits do not expire, subject to continued programme availability. Humax reserves the right to introduce an expiry policy with reasonable notice.

9. This programme is available to UK-based electricians and EV charger installers only. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

10. This programme does not constitute a contract of employment, agency, or partnership between the installer and Humax Electronics Ltd.
